Mark Stancil - Editor In Chief, CEO
Graduating in the early 90’s with a degree in Pastoral Studies, faith is the critical trait of Terminus Media CEO, Mark Stancil. Mark feels that the biblical admonition to “…love God with all of your heart, soul, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself” is the best way to lead and to live. Mark started his career as a creative executive while working as a computer and systems integration professional, so he is the rare combination of technical expertise and creative excellence.
Mark’s frequent advice to “start today with what you have” is exactly what he has always done. Starting small by writing an 8 page black and white comic (SHIFT), then full color animated comic (Platypus vs Monkey), and recently the full length graphic novel, Ascension, Mark excels at leading high performance teams to accomplish great things while having a good time doing it!
Dr. Barron Robert Bell - Creative Director
B. Robert Bell is a graduate of Regent University with a Master’s degree in film and animation. As a comic book writer and penciler, he published his first book in 2001 entitled Cobalt: Warrior Angel. Bell received two Glyph Award nominations (Rising Star and Best Male Character) for his work on Radio Free Amerika: Season 1.
For many years he's worked as a storyboard artist for film and television and is currently a Professor of art and animation at Liberty University and George Fox University.
2020 saw the launch of DOMINION: Fall of the House of Saul, an epic comic book space opera inspired by the book of 1 Samuel. DOMINION is Dr. Bell’s attempt at taking one of the most compelling accounts from the Bible and bringing it to life for a new generation through sci-fantasy allegory.
Daniel Hancock - Scriptwriter, Editor, Media Development
Daniel Hancock is a director, playwright, and screenwriter specializing in dramatic adventures and imaginative adaptations. He is the founder and director of Bible Actors Productions and creator of the full cast audio drama, “End of Darkness” (BibleActors.com).
Daniel joined the Terminus Media team in 2020 where he serves as scriptwriter, editor, and multimedia producer. He collaborated with Daryl Peninton and Matt Baker as editor on “Samson: Rise” and works closely with Dr. Barron Bell as story and script writer of the sci-fantasy epic, “Dominion: Fall of the House of Saul.”
Daniel taught high school theatre and creative writing for several years and continues to teach storytelling in various settings. He currently works as a screenwriter and script doctor and is assisting in the development of several projects for radio, television, film, and animation.
